The TLIY approach fosters courage, improves self-esteem, and hones public speaking skills so they are well equipped to be successful individuals and competent leaders of tomorrow

Why TLIY?

ABOUT ME

"Don't let your challenges limit you.

Instead, challenge your limits." - Anon

As a teenager, I had big dreams. However, I was afraid of facing new challenges. No one taught me how to deal with them in a meaningful way.

Years later, it was at the University of Chicago and Corporate America that I realized why facing challenges is integral to one's growth and how pushing ourselves will prepare one for long term success.

The Leader in You program is a focused leadership program that offers a distilled version of the fundamental human principles that make seemingly ordinary teenagers into successful leaders of tomorrow.

Over the past dozen years, I have coached and empowered both teens and adults to be successful leaders in their personal, academic and professional lives.
